The Goods
100% Twillo
Twillo is our dense plain-weave fabric. The yarns are packed very closely together, resulting in a strong, thick fabric. This heavyweight weave is perfect for pants, jackets and hats! We work with cotton, acrylic and wool to create sturdy hats that wear beautifully and hold their shape.
Crypton Thread
Crypton thread is our thread - it’s the best, because we only use the best, stiffest, structured materials. Full stop. We’ll never make a flimsy hat.
Super Puff Embroidery
Taking simple, boring 2D logos and making them pop! 3D "super puff" embroidery is the signature of our FRANKIE lids. We also use Our systems have the ability to adapt density values so that your hat logo is visible across the street. This is no small feat and requires skilled technicians.
